We closely monitor market conditions to ensure your rental returns are at market rate or above.

Decision-making control

We will not proceed with any repairs that exceed your written instructions unless the damage requires urgent repair. All decisions will be discussed with you, including leasing, rent reviews and owners corporation issues, as well as maintenance.

Performance reports

We provide regular information on the performance of your asset/s via our statement documentation that details the income and outgoings for to your property/s.
